Commercial Solar Film Rebate Plan

With the Clear-Wall Rebate plan, we can install energy-saving window films at virtually no cost to you. Rebates from PG&E start the installation process, and energy savings pay for the window films.

We use building simulation software to calculate the costs of treating your windows with a Clear Wall film, and the projected energy savings. An energy study is done on your building to calculate the full cost and benefits. We then calculate how long it would take to pay back the costs of the project with energy savings. Once that term is calculated, we add some extra time to it as a safety margin and spread the costs over the larger frame of time.

End result: no cost to you, with energy savings after the payback period is concluded going straight into your pocket. Clear-Wall films also add value to your building or retail space, with energy savings acting as an incentive for potential buyers.
